Happy New Years from OZ!

So after a long, long commute I am finally in Australia. I went out on the Sydney harbour this evening with my two friends and two of their
friends to check out the New Years fireworks from a boat. I have to admit that I slept for some (maybe most??) of the boat ride, but luckily I was woken up in time to see the important stuff. They were by far the most impressive fireworks I have seen! And they kept going and going. They were even synchronized to a parts of songs that were played over the radio. Mind you the fireworks themselves were quite loud, so I didn't really feel the synchronization, but it was nice to have in the background none the less.
It is far to early in the morning here so I am off to bed. Hopefully I'll get some of the photos taken of the fireworks posted.
